UPS is our shipping partner. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses and signature confirmation is required for all deliveries.

 

International orders: iceaccessories.com does not ship internationally at this time.

Returns and exchanges are accepted for all unused or unworn products within 14 days of purchase for store credit only (minus shipping charges). We reserve the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet our requirements.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not take responsibility for or insure merchandise shipping when it is returned. Please include a copy of your invoice and reason for return with the merchandise. We do not accept C.O.D. shipments.

If you receive an item that is damaged or mis-shipped, you must notify iceaccessories.com via email or phone within 5 days of receipt for complimentary exchange or repair.

All sales are final for discounted items.

All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and require a signature from a receiving party. Once the merchandise has been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, the merchandise is no longer covered by insurance.

All items are also available gift wrapped for a $5 charge per item, which appears as an option on the ordering page.

Gift certificates are available for purchase in store for any amount and maybe used as a form of payment in both places. All items are also available gift wrapped for a $5 charge that appears as an option on the ordering page.

iceaccessories.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Sales tax is charged to states only where ICE operates a boutique. Therefore only items shipped to California will see tax reflected in their order total.
